 In the tradition of my "Mothers Moon Teas", monthly  Story Times, from The Barefoot Storyteller, are held in various locations.  The Barefoot Storyteller can be found at The Inside Out Playground on the first and third Thursdays of the month, and at The Blessed Baby Boutique* on the last Thursday of each month. My Barefoot Books fundraiser for the Maine Association of Certified Professional Midwives (MACPM) continues. When you place your order direct through me by order form, phone, or email and mention the fundraiser for the Maine Association of Certified Professional Midwives (MACPM),15% of all sales will towards defraying thier costs for all their legislative efforts, which include paying the lobbyist and publishing materials to help educate our legislators.  Please help continue to raise funds so that midwives and families in Maine are guaranteed access to choices in childbirth. Another ongoing fundrasier is for the new Inside Out Playground. When you place your Barefoot Books order direct through me by order form or phone, and mention the fundraiser for The Inside Out Playground, 15% of all sales will go to this wonderful community indoor playground and pre-school, to help with supplies, programing, and other necessities. In the future, this fundraiser will also go towards scholarships

And as always, The Barefoot Storyteller/Mothers Moon proudly offers "bulk" discounts to schools, libraries, and groups.  I offer a 10% discount on orders of 20 - 49 Barefoot Books or cds of the same title, a 20% discount when you order 50 or more of the same title...or a standard 15% discount for any mixed title group order over $500   Discounts do not apply to on-line orders and $500  mixed title discount is not to be combined with the same title discount offer, and is intended for stocking not fund raising. A big  Thank You  goes out to everyone who contributed to my fundrasier for the FUTURE MSAD 3 Capital Campaign for the Mount View School Performing Arts Center. They had set out a five year plan to raise $500,000 and in just seventeen months raised over $624,000!!!   I deeply belive music, dance, theater and art in it's many forms, is essential to feeding our souls... both personally as well as that of the community, and that becomes a very beautiful way of nurturing our children & our planet.
